Salary Range: $250K-$280K

The Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as a strategic leader at San Francisco Bay University (SFBU), reporting directly to the President and sitting on the President’s Cabinet. This executive role oversees the entire student enrollment lifecycle—including recruitment marketing, outreach, admissions, and financial aid—and plays a critical role in driving the University’s growth, access, and student success initiatives.
This position leads a dynamic team that includes the Recruitment Marketing Project Manager, the Senior Director of Outreach, the Senior Director of Enrollment, and the Associate Director of Financial Aid. The Vice President partners closely with academic and administrative leaders to align enrollment strategies with SFBU’s mission of providing accessible, inclusive, and innovative education.
